Obituary for Robert C. Berry

BERRY, Robert Creveling, 92, formerly of Ashland, passed away Sunday December 23, 2007 at his residence in Fayetteville, OH. He was born August 17, 1915, in Nankin, OH the son of Vinton and Rhea Creveling Berry. He was married to Frances Lucile Leiter on July 7, 1941. Bob had worked at the A.L. Garber Co. in Ashland, Ohio and retired from Nielson Lithographing in Hyde Park (Cincinnati). He was a WWII Army veteran, held the commission of Colonel in the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, and was a Shriner. He was proud to be a 32nd Degree Mason (Sullivan Lodge) where he received the 50 year emblem authorized by the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio on May 28, 1997, and a 65 year award in Masonry from the Grand Lodge of Ohio in 2007. He was also a member of the Grand Council Royal & Select Masons of Ohio � Ashland Council 128, and a life member of the Lodge Council Chapter Consistory of the Scottish Rite Bodies in the Valley of Columbus. Surviving is one son; Michael M. Berry of Maineville, OH, one daughter and son-in-law; Lucinda and Lynn Miller of Beaver, Ohio, three grandchildren; Zach Berry, and Jessica and Creed Miller, a sister; Eileen Underhill of Florida and Pippen his beloved Border Collie dog. Special consideration is given to Gina Cordes, Bob�s caregiver and friend. Memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
